Dozee - India's 1st Contactless Health Tracker. Remote & Accurate Tracking of Heart Rate, Respiration Rate, Sleep Quality with timely Health Deterioration alerts

I ordered this device about a month ago. Packaging and delivery was professional and timely. It was very easy to set up and plug in. My mattress is about 10 inches thick and it works like a charm. I have been tracking my sleep score and stress level for the past month now, and it's indeed pretty useful. A special mention for their excellent after-sales service - I received a call from the team after a few days asking for my feedback on the device so far.Very happy with the device.

I'm writing this review after brief periods of usage. It performs the job well but is a nightmare to use. It has far too many technical and usage issues. It is not a product you can simply take out of box and start using. You have to struggle with setting it up. Once it is setup it may run well for a few days. I stopped using mine briefly and wanted to start using it again but it presented a new set of problems. Eventually, you end up wasting a lot of time and energy troubleshooting issues with it and end up not using it. A couple of examples of the issues I've faced: connecting to Bluetooth and WiFi and uploading sleep data.

I already wear a fitness watch and bought the product for detailed sleep tracking and not for health monitoring. If the purpose is for health monitoring of your parents, etc, your experience may be different.Was very keen to buy this as this has good reviews as is made in India.Unfortunately, had to return the product as it did not meet my expectations. The manufacturer was quick to permit me to return the device and my money was also credited back.Here are the issues that I had with the product:1. Was able to configure the device easily but had difficulty in checking to see if it was recording my sleep. I was told that the servers are being upgraded when I contacted them.2. I was testing the device lying on it for a period of time and was consistently in contact with the team. When it eventually showed me the data (after I switched it off and on), it showed me 19 mts of deep sleep whereas I was never actually asleep.3. My iPhone could not find the device often and I had to switch off the device and switch it on for it to work.4. I liked the yoga feature but the yoga session I did lying on the mat vanished and I don’t know what became of it. It never appeared in my report.5. I slept overnight with the device on. I got up at 4.50 for a restroom break and went back to sleep. The device provided 2 reports in the morning. One from when I slept to 4.50 and another one from 4.53 till the morning. So I had 2 sleep scores for the night which doesn’t make sense. Most sleep trackers wait for 30 mts to an hour before deciding that you are actually up or they go with a manual option to inform when you go to bed and when you actually get up.6. Dozee is unable to know when one actually gets sleep and assumes you are asleep from the time you lie down on the bed.Their support is responsive. They also provide a lot of data and so it’s possible that this may be a good product for someone who is monitoring health and not looking at sleep analysis.

Advantage - Simple usage, contacless, app does give some analytics. It automatically detect sleep cycle even smeone sleeping in a day time.Disadvantage - I bought it from Amazon to support new startup from India. I am happy with the product. I am resident of Norway so health shop services are not available outside India. Can we improve in this aspect?Remarks- I am editing the disadvantages after using it for 30 days. My previous comment on Dozee asking money for sleep apnea report was incorrect. As a first time user one get 10000 Dozee points and to generate the sleep apnea report one can use these Dozee points. Further with daily use depeninding on the sleep quality user earn Dozee points and these points can be used to avail the various services it offers like meditation session, sleep apnea report, etc.My previous comment(It was incorrect) -> Using it for 10 days and not giving sleep apnea report. It might give sleep apnea report by paying money and if that is the case the cost of this device is atleast 10 times than its actual price should be. The other wearable like miband does many task along with automatic sleep recording. The other wearable are not discomforting even if they are contact device as wrist band or ring band.

Very useful device and I loved the way it handles sleep metrics without my intervention, I plugged it in the day I bought and I have forgotten about it, yet it measures my sleep accurately, with heart rate and respiration rate, Also the feature where they provide sleep points which we can redeem for a lot of real products, I bought 2 pots with plants and a sleep diary. Must recommend to anyone who want to keep a tab on their sleep.

This is my second purchase of Dozee device(for myself) for its accuracy.One year ago I purchased it at Rs-5,600 for my mother.In one year the price has been increased to Rs-8,000.In this pandemic situation where we don't have more money to spend.So one less star for its overpriced. Another Less star for product Quality. The data cabel attached to pod and its charger is very low quality grade.My first dozee device's data cabel was excellent quality.The charger quality also dgraded. They are providing now third party dgraded quality charger.Another one less star for No Alarm notification at all free of cost. Misleading info they are providing. If you want to get Alam notification then you have to pay for it extra.Another one less star for that you couldn,t be able to create multiple profiles in the App.So only one star for its Accuracy.Most time server is down we can't get sleeping result details. only get pulse and respiration Rate only.

Great Product.A value for money buy. I have been using this product from past two months and tracking my sleep has never been so easy. Was very easy to install and has proved a vital source to manage my sleep.The device is very user friendly and above all the customer service is very supportive. They call me up once every month for updates and very helpful and informative.
