Does the job it's meant to do.
UPDATE: 07/09/2020 - Still working and doesn't leak at all. We might even get another one for the bathroom in the back of the house, especially since the price has gone down. Bumped the review up to 5 stars.___________________________________________________________________We're not really hurting for TP during the Covid-19 pandemic, but my spouse and I decided to buy a bidet attachment, for both sanitary reasons and to cut down on our toilet paper use. We decided on the BLACK (EB8200) model as it has attachments for both cold and hot water.NOTE: The WHITE (EB5401) model is single temperature only and comes with one short hose that can make it to the cold water input that normally fills the basin on your toilet. You could purchase a longer water line and use hot water only, but that might burn your booty. The installation is simple, but it took me about 45 minutes. I had to contort myself in order to keep the cold water attachment from turning the water feed line inside the basin when I was tightening the splitter, which is more an issue with my toilet. I also missed the rubber stopper so I had to redo the fitting. I had no issues with determining the hot and cold plugs since there was a sticker that very clearly marked which one was which. A small spool of teflon tape is included. After I got everything secure, I checked the entire system and there were no leaks. Make sure to follow the instructions and don't over tighten the connections, especially the ones for the hoses that go into the bidet itself. I only hand-tightened them as using a wrench could have possibly broken the plastic threads. The profile is thin enough that the toilet seat doesn't need extra bumpers to keep it sitting level on the rim.As for how it works, I'm happy with it. The pressure is somewhat adjustable, but not finely so. I'm good with it on the highest setting and it doesn't hurt as our water pressure does not come in at fire hose levels. I do need to keep the water temp setting all the way down for hot so that I'm getting a relatively luke-warm wash, which tells me that it's not completely diverting the cold water away from the spray. It's a very comfortable temperature. I think the only problem I'll have is learning not to use TP. It's still good to have to dry afterwards and the paper always comes out clean so I know it's working.I can't attest to its longevity but I like to come back around and give updates on my reviews. I also do my best to not be rough on anything related to plumbing as I hate it when things leak. For now, the wife and I are happy and even my daughters have braved using it. It's possible there are better made products on the market, but this one will definitely serve our needs.

This is wonderful!
Got this on cyber Monday for a great price. I have been researching the Toto Toilet for some time, but who can afford that (never used one). And I looked at the Tushy Toilet. What made me buy this above the other selections was the low profile. I didn't like the Toto bidet because it is huge and the electrical requirement. But this one offers such an easy install. We have not hooked up the warm water intake because of additional installation needed. But this one has two nozzles, which I really like. Also, the cleaning feature is really good (runs a lot of water for cleaning). I guess the electricity needed is for lights or something, but it is not needed for this product to work. If you buy this, you will not be disappointed. The water pressure can be tricky, no need to open the valve completely (i.e. a lot of pressure). I can't believe there was a great and cheap substitute for the Toto.

Smells, Lever sucks, Non adjustable nozzles - wish I could return
So we bought this with the intention of hooking up the hot water, but never did it. If a guest pulls the hot water leaver since nothing is connected to it, pressure shoots off the little plastic washer in it and water goes everywhere. I don't like that the stop is in between the push down and pull up because sometimes you think it's centered but because it is on the side you aren't really sure until you hear water trickeling and it might be until much later when you actually notice it. I thought this would look nice in the bathroom but it just looks silly. I also thought this was self-cleaning but can't find a way to get it to do that. Also, we have had several bidet attachments (Greenco although cheap was the best), we get a new one every time we move. And this is the first time I ever smelled a bad smell when using it. Not sure if it's from only the cold being used, but every time we use the bidet and pull or push that lever it smells like sewer water. We thought it was the toilet, but our plumber said it was the bidet because there is no smell in the tank and no smell when flushing. Also since the nozzles are not adjustable, you have to adjust yourself a lot more than normal AND sometimes you'll end up spilling water under the seat and get the floor and/or your pants wet to get a good clean. Spare yourself the mess, time, and smell and go with something else. I wish we could return this, but we can't so it'll just get recycled as we buy another one. I will credit the 1 star to them including the pipes and plumber ribbon that was nice of them and it saved me a trip to Home Depot.

Worth the money, not the best
I purchased this product because of current toilet paper shortages. The product is not very easy to install especially if you want to hook up hot water.I also find that the knobs come off very easily, which is kind of annoying. The pressure settings are great, I think my major disappointment is with the temperature control, it is either ice cold or hot as fire.Aside from the above great unit for the price

Happy bidet client
Very easy to install. No leaks on initial install. Contained all parts needed for installation. This is a great starter product to get used to bidet. Not sure why bidet are not popular in the U.S. Its more sanitary than using toilet paper. This product will pay itself in a matter of months by saving on the amount of toilet paper used. This one is dual valve that is designed for women. Valves are pointing in different directions. The valves retract to keep them sanitary. This is a great value for the price. If the pressure is too strong you will need to lower the pressure at the valve coming from the wall.

It’s okay, not great
Instructions weren’t very clear on tools needed. And there are multiple diagrams of the hookups, not all the same, easy to get the hot and cold connections mixed up during install. But overall, after getting past hooking up, works pretty well

Do not fit to standard UK plumming, poor quality
As it mention on previous review, I also confirm that This product is not fit in standard uk plumbing, comes with some sort of European Asian plumbing kit. If you want to buy a stopcock you won't be able to fit one because it's not UK standard plumbing you won't be able to find one to fit to parts supplied with. In addition the product made by cheap plastic and it is much thicker than the the other brands. It also leaks, so if you managed to install it it will leak all day long to your toilet as you can see on the picture. Moreover you will have to install both hot and cold water supply if you don't want to install hot water supply when you turn on the cold water the water will pour out from hot water supply intake. Overall it's a poorly designed and poorly made product supplied with non-standard UK fitting waste of time and waste of money. I purchase another product it took me 5 minutes to fit in and it works great. I dont want to give brand of the product I imstall but if you search for bidet and chose top selling product that will do.

Used in the US and the UK. Doesn't work here, don't think it's designed for UK toilets
The media could not be loaded. This bidet attachment has many problems. I'll explain what I've learned through the process. I've also attempted to make a short video to explain the pitfalls. What I liked:The fittings are great quality as far as I can tell. I like the braided metal pipes. A lot of bidets don't come with these. It had all the correct washers and two sizes of fitting just in case. Teflon tape (I ended up using my own cause the end was so hard to find). Everything you should need apart from a spanner.I had no problems connecting it to my existing plumbing, which already had metal braided flexi pipes under the toilet and on the bathroom sink. (I did have a ton of problems disconnecting what was already there, but that's my problem not a problem with this product. FYI Flexi hoses on basins swivel at one end, so your can turn them without anything unscrewing. It probably destroys the washers by the tap doing so too).I've had no leaks so far (it has only been 24 hours), but it seems solid in that regard. The Problems:Out of the box, the black controls look watermarked and scratched. It's gloss black plastic. There's so no chance you will be able to keep it clean looking.Once you have positioned it under the toilet seat and screwed it back together, it's very difficult to get it to stay put.The position it's crucial, if it's not aligned it won't function. The rim of my toilet is too deep for the bidet nozzles. It's about 8cm tall. The nozzles rest on it instead of hanging below it. This means it's very difficult to get them to move freely and they don't pop out like they should.I moved it as far forward on the pan as I could to give them more space. It's still not really enough space, but this exabates another problem with it's design on a UK toilet. When I sat down on it (and I am small), the plastic flexs. This pushes the nozzle back towards the rim and angles the jets downwards to the bottom of the toilet. So it goes nowhere near where you need it to clean. It's especially bad in the female position, but it's also not workable in the standard position either. The hot water mixing function barely works. Even if I let the hot tap run till it's boiling, I can only get tepid water to come out of the bidet. It doesn't stay tepid either, it cycles between cold and tepid (if you're lucky). My flat is fairly new, the hot water pressure is pretty good compared to most places and it gets very hot.The nozzles don't retract behind the nozzle guard, it's just a fixed square piece of plastic. So they're going to get dirty, cleaning function or not.My partner is in the U.S at the moment. Had the exact same brand and model of bidet as they, but with a cold feed only.He hasn't had these problems. His toilet is a different shape. The nozzle sits much further behind/under the seat and the back of the toilet is flatter. The nozzles hang well below the toilet rim. Flexing isn't an issue because of this. He only had good things to say about it.The nozzles have got dirty over time, like I would expect from them not retracting under the guard. It doesn't look very female friendly, more like an infection waiting to happen.I just don't think this is designed for standard UK loos. Mine is your very standard pain white Armitage Shanks toilet, with a compact push button cistern for reference. Maybe ten or fifteen years old.If your have a round-ish toilet I'd give it a miss. If you let females use your toilet, I'd give it a miss. If your actually wanted warm water, I'd also give it a miss.Dimensions of my toilet for reference:Screw holes to the front of the pan: 42cmBack of toilet to front of the pan: 48cmWidth of pan: 36cmScrew holes to the rim: 6 - 8cmRim depth: 8cmI'm giving up on this style of attachment and going to try a seat with the function built in instead. I don't see how it could ever not slide about. It costs twice as much but if it works it's probably worth it.It does mean I will have to give up on the warm bidet dream, the seats with a warm function are just too far out of my price bracket.I think I'm okay with it. Now I've tried it cold was refreshing and not as bad as I imagined, at least in the summer. I was also reading that warm bidet functions aren't necessarily good for female health. So maybe it's not the greatest idea either.
