Daughter loves it. It does run a little bigger than the Puddle Jumpers, which we also have (this one is larger in both the arm bands, and the chest band. 3yo is currently 36 lb. and I don't think this would fit well on someone as small as 30 lb. since it is still a little large on her. I have the buckle tightened all the way and it's not very tight.

I thought it said it was for 25-55 pound littles, another portion said 30 - 55 pounds, my daughter is 28 lbs and it definitely does not fit her. Way too big. Fell right off. However, for the right size kid I’m sure it’d work fine.

This thing is very thin and does not feel very good quality like the ones at target. This feels cheap. Also design isn’t very vibrant.

This product is bigger than the size chart would indicate. My 33 pound (male) 2 1/2 year old could not keep it on his arms. Fine if he was in the water but walking about it fell off arms and had to keep putting them back in.
