Trail Blazer: A Lesbian Romance Novel Kindle Edition

This is the first book that I have read by Nicolette Dane.. I really enjoyed her writing style as well as her development of the two main characters, Gretchen & Naomi. Their dialogue was so real, honest & sweet. It was a slow and yet relatable attraction between them. And their trek through the mountains was so well described. All in all, a lovely, easy to read love story.

Made me want to go hiking and enjoy the great outdoors. Sweet love story. Just enough heat to keep the pages turning.

This is a VERY enjoyable book, original and engaging. The two leads are wonderful people to get to know, and their journey toward each other is sweet despite their challenges. It sometimes seems to me that authors feel basic real human life and inner growth are not exciting enough, so they put in the psycho ex-lovers and such to juice it up. Dane brings plenty of excitement from within the characters and the natural flow of life itself.

Two friends persuade each other to go on a 100 mile hike. During the hike both discover that they more than best friends. Getting back to civilization things change between them. Do they decide to remain just friends or do they wind up in a more mutual can't live without the other? Enjoy!

I love these quick read books! I loved the characters and the plot! Definitely makes me want to go out hiking!I was inspired by the characters and the plot to get out to the Appalachian Mountains!

This was a very nice book and it was going great until the last chapter. The last bit of the book was so repetitive of what these two women did that I had to force myself to read through until the ending. Other than that the story itself was enjoyable and interesting. The main characters were well developed and their problems were very different. One struggling to find her way into adulthood and the other trying put her life together.,
