I have a BIG problem with a product that I purchased from your company and would like an explanation please. We have been using Umcka Cold Care for years and it was suggested by our physician. Thinking that we were perhaps purchasing a better product we ordered Umcka Cold + Flu. To our surprise it has lactose in it (I'm allergic to) even though your ad says it is "sugar free. And the dosage in mls. is six times more for Cold + Flu than Cold Care! I am feeling confused and perhaps hoodwinked!
