Easy to install and worked for my '02 tahoe

Anyone who owns a chevy knows that just like the other vehicle brands they like to make things more complicated then things need to be. So much so that you sweat they have a specific job titled "manager of making people cus"If you're here then you to have discovered how ridiculous they made replacing the antana be be.This is item your work around hands down.I was a bit skeptical about buying it it looked like it wouldn't be what I needed but bought it to see as I figured I'd retilurn it if it wasn't.The hardest part about installing this is dealing with removing your cover. Thise clips tend to break easy so remove your vehicles windshield and wiper blad cover carefully. Personally I just popped up 2 clips enough that I can prop it up some and work. I wasn't pushing my luck with all the clips.Installing the item other then that is easy. The instructions are made very simple and yes it is in English.Item comes with 2 size screw ons. The 2 sizes of the years stated in product description.It comes with a little wrench (hand tighten your new antana don't use wrenches) wrench is for the adapter and wrenching on actual antana can crack it. Trust me.The pictures I included how the one down side to this work around. The cover you'll notice may not fit perfectly back over it and you may need to trim the cover in some fashion or another. You don't have to it will sit over it mostly but for me on my 2005 colorado I couldn't get cover to receipt without timing the plastic around the antana hole.So those who can bring them self to do that my not like this product but I include pictures so you can see what I cut off. It isn't much and I hope if you need to trim it that you take notes where I cut before you begin hacking at it.With all this said I do recommend this product. I am very happy with it. I previously purchased an OEM Antenna base and wire, but I was not willing to take apart the dashboard in order to place it so I found this easyantennafix and have a brand new radio.After figuring out which screw/adapter to use, the rest was easy. It fit right over the existing base and the radio now works flawlessly. The only down-side was the plastic cowl had be altered in order to fit around the new base. Not unexpected, but needs to be mentioned. This is a GREAT fix for the antenna and a GREAT Value.

Easy repair kit to use solved my issues

This product turned a 4 hour job into a 10 minute one. Worked great.

After watching the YouTube video on antenna base replacement, this saved a lot of time and money. I did add 2 additional threaded holes and set screws for added reassurance. Works like a charm......

This is an great product. The truck I bought used had messed up where the antenna went. The vehicle I bought, I was going to have to remove the whole side panel to fix with a Chevy part. With this kit everything was fixed right from the top. Simple to use and had a new antenna attached in no time.
