These are amazing ! I bought these after an abdominal surgery where I have to wear support garments for 6 weeks afterwards . I bought a size up from what I was as the surgery caused lots of swelling and a size lower for when the swelling was going down . I also ordered a named brand at the same time (Spanx) which were double the price and I actually sent them back. These knickers were way better than the spanx , really comfy, very supportive . And held everything in place . Obviously I used them for post surgery purposes , but honestly now my swelling is going down they are just as good for giving that stream lined look . I'm soooo impressed with them ! My one and only down side is , the leg openings are tight ! So unless you have stick thin legs at the top of these are very tight around the knicker line and I have been tempted to cut the hem many a time . I think a few other reviews mention this also . I'm a size 12 for reference . Used a large post surgery (my surgery was major and I was and still am very swollen ) and a medium which is a 12 now the swelling is going down. I love them , so comfy and I've had to wear these 24 hours a day , including sleep for 6 weeks .

Updating the review to 5 stars. They have allowed me to wear dresses with confidence. They still don’t make me look like I have a waist however they smooth me out, don’t roll down and stop all m bits from wobbling. They wash really well and are oddly comfortable.This doesn’t really suck me in to make me smaller, however it does shape out some of the bumps, maybe if I wanted to look slimmer I should have got a smaller size.I have had two major abdominal surgeries which has made my stomach somewhat wobbly. These pants just give me a bit of a lift so when I am wearing trousers I don’t look like I have a huge flesh apron........ they also control my muffin top. They come right up my back but cannot comment on how they control back fat as I carry all my weight at the front.I also tend to have a hungry bum and was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t get eaten 🤣 they were actually quite comfortable and didn’t cut off blood supply to my legs or dig in.I think that if I had got a smaller pair I may have swapped comfort for shape, as it is they are nice to wear and smooth you out under a dress and stop the muffin top and wobbly belly when wearing trousers, so I am happy. I didn’t give 5 stars as they didn’t make me look like I actually had

I like these. They do what they are meant to, they make me look a little smaller and also curve my body into shape. I wore these for an entire day and I found that if you move around a lot, ie sit down stand up frequently, these are pretty useless as they will fall. Standing up, walking around they stay up absolutely fine, but if you’re planning to wear these to work where you move around a lot, don’t bother, as they fall they give you a horrendous muffin top. I am only 5”1 and i believe these are made to fit taller people, if you have quite a long torso excellent, but these just aren’t the right height for me. Don’t get me wrong I love these I just wish they were a little stronger. I also found that they made my clothes super slippery and my bottom half would often fall down, so only wear a one piece with this. Overall, makes you look good but don’t be small in height or move around a lot.

I was pleased with the look and feel of the item but when I went to try it on it was much too small. I wear 14/16 clothes and bought a large as per size chart. I would definately need next size up. Also if you are tall like me, it isn't really long enough in the body and I was left with a bulge under my bra

While these did do an okay job of smoothing things out, I felt they weren't very flattering on me at all. I'm usually a size 8-10 but have put on some weight during lockdown so I bought these as I had an event coming up where I wanted to look nice and none of my old clothes looked that good on me anymore. However, all these did was smooth my tummy out in a way that just made me look pregnant, gave me back boobs where they wouldn't stay held up at the back, and made me look like an action man where they left a dip in under my hips! They also didn't shape my bum very nicely either.
