I had stars in my room as a kid (‘Natural Wonders’, anyone?). I’ve been debating getting them for out son’s room since his room has a moon & stars theme. After plenty of research to make sure they were safe, I took the plunge and bought these. When I received them I chose to use tacky putty to put the stars up to ensure they would not cause damage to the walls. They looked great up and brought back many memories.My only complaint would be that even though when they see glowing at night they glow with the same color, some of the stars are a little discolored during the day. Some have a pinkish or brownish hint to them while most of them have that typical yellowish-white color. Overall I really like them.

I wasn't expecting too much from this product based on the price. I was, however, expecting the butterflies (the main reason I purchased this one) to actually look similar to butterflies. Both 'wings' on the bottom were messed up. One was missing the definition on the bottom so it was just a big blob. The other has too much plastic so its wing was HUGE. I understand getting what you paid for but these butterflies were just bad! In addition, the 'comet trails' are all warped so they won't lie flat on the ceiling/wall.That being said, the adhesive worked great for the stars.I've tried to attach pix without success. Just buy a different brand.

I had these when I was a kid and LOVED them so I bought some for my 4 year old daughter. I spent over an hour hanging these on her ceiling and they do not glow. AT. ALL. We left them in front of a sunny window for a couple of hours before we hung them. The ones I had when I was a kid "charged" just fine just from having the bedroom light on for several minutes. We left her light on for a WHILE, turned off the light, and no glow whatsoever. Thanks for a worthless Christmas present for my little girl and wasting $10 and an hour of my life.

My room is space themes, the entire ceiling and walls are painted to look like the night sky, complete with glow in the dark planets taped around various places. I ordered these to add to the affect. They stick perfectly, and they glow brightly. I put them everywhere, on my door, walls, ceiling and my window seat. I ended up running out of space and couldn't fit anymore anywhere, even though the bag was still pretty full. I am very happy with this purchase and will be ordering more for my new room after I move next month.

Got them in the mail. Hung them all up. And let light in the room to let them absorb the sunlight. And nothing. These do not glow at all. No reason in returning as it took awhile to put them up and to deal with the adhesive pieces. I dont want to have to take them down piece by piece. These are a waste of money and I do not reccomend to anyone. Very disappointed

To start with the good, these are easy to remove. That’s all though.As for the bad, these don’t seem to flow in the dark unless placed under direct light and even then they are very faint. I had to use a flashlight to activate them each night and they were still barely visible in a pitch black room.I would not recommend these to anyone.

Ordered 2 packs. I got 1 pack which barely glows and the other glows half as much as that. I had previously put up a different brand and these are so dull in comparison on the ceiling. We have to charge with a black light to even make them glow much at all and they wear out within a few minutes. It took a while to put stickers on every single star but they stick alright so far. Also, the shooting stars were so warped I had to toss them in the garbage and a few of the butterflies were burned or something.
