The Four Powers (Strategic Studies)

This collection of writings by Mr. LaRouche outlines the principles which are now replacing the "Liberal-Imperial" London-centered, financial system with what he calls a New Paradigm of cooperative system of scientific and technological progress for everyone. Many of his ideas have already been adopted in Asia and Africa, but he titled the book the way he did because he figures that the minimum cooperative agreement capable of completely shutting down the old system, is an agreement by the Four Powers--which would then be joined by everyone else. As usual, Mr. LaRouche is way ahead of everyone else in the Western World.
