What color is charger while charging

Hello, it is red charging, and blue is full. Thanks.

How does this charge both the 18650 and the 21700 batteries they are two totally different sizes -PS this is for my vapor mod

It has spring loaded connections in each bay. I pop 18650, 20700, & 21700 batteries in and out all the time with any type mixed interchangeably in each bay. The device is pretty good. It doesn't give all the info as my Nightcore, but sometimes charges a bit faster.

Should have returned

When this works, it WORKS. Other times, it flat out won't charge batteries. Seldom will the red light come on indicating that the battery needs charging, it's usually always Blue on both sides, indicating fully charged, no matter whether the battery is freshly charged, or completely dead. My only option is to keep a flashlight near the charger to test whether the batteries are charged or not. I set a timer for 6 hours or so and hope it works.
