Permanent key in place
I was going to install this on a forward reverse gear box but the shaft on the gearbox does not have the keyway through the thread section of the shaft. Having a permanent key means I could not use it since it could not be removed for installation. They were very agreeable when asked for a refund and everything went through quickly. I would not hesitate buying from this seller again. Excellent service.

Lasted about 2 weeks
Bought this to replace my current clutch on a replaced engine. Engine works great. New clutch rated for new engine and exact replacement of previous clutch. Lasted about 2 weeks. Now it doesn’t return locks fully out and won’t return to slow down and stop. VERY dangerous!!! Tried reaching out to the company and no response. Don’t do it. Buy somewhere else.

Good product, Bad shipping
The torque converter came promptly but it sustained a dent in the pulley which may effect the way it functions after I mount it. Someone threw the unit.

Clutch locks up and will not disengage...I should have bought springs for my old one

Used it 5 time and it is stuck and will not disingage
