Latte, Gloss, 16", Cultured Granite, Crater, Lazy Susan, Turntable

I ordered this lazy susan turntable because I thought it was granite. As it turns out, it seems to be a composite of stone or granite dust mixed with a large amount of resin--but they call it "cultured granite" to try and get away with false advertising. The fact is that it is a synthetic material--not natural at all. MDF is broken down wood fibers combined with a wax and resin binder, but sellers do not advertise MDF as "cultured wood." And neither should these sellers advertise this as "cultured granite." In addition, I find this fake granite to be unstable and not as strong, for my lazy susan arrived broken and shattered on one side. I'm giving this item one star because the description of it is simply misleading and the material is not quality.

I rated this item low because it does not turn in a perfect circle!! It turns on an oblong, which drives me crazy. The bottom turntable part was not glued on in the center, so it is wonky. I should return it......

Worth the price and shipped quickly. It compliments a granite top kitchen cart I have nicely. The turn table is plastic but seems to work very well.

I believe this is ceramic. I'm noting that because some people seem to think it's actually marble. I'm actually quite happy with it. It looks nice, it's solid and sturdy and doesn't weight more than necessary. It's also a good size! I will likely buy another one.

I paid almost $60 for this because it’s advertised as granite. They use the word “cultured” which makes me believe it’s man made stone and not natural. It actually looks and feels like plastic. Feel like this is a bait and switch. Otherwise it looks pretty and works fine. WAY overpriced for plastic though. Shame on you

It says cultured stone in the description, but it is just plastic. It works quite nice for what I had in mind, but If I had wanted it for anything other than home use, I would have been disappointed in the description vs. actual item.

I have had to return 3 of these. The first one I had was the wrong color so I sent it back. The second one I received was the right color but the screw on the bottom of the lazy Susan was messed up so it was wobbly so I returned that. The third one I received was the wrong color again! I give up. I am very disappointed.

In the picture, the top is the color I received, bottom picture is the color I ordered.Quality is not very good, feels like plastic, but if they had sent the right color, I would have kept it because I like the size.

Excelente producto, yo lo compre porque necesitaba una base giratoria para pasteles y me pareció una buena opción, sinceramente es justo lo que necesita, tiene muy buen tamaño y es pesado, lo que significa que puede soportar muy bien muchas artículos sobre la base.

Me decepciona, lo compre por que se veia negro pero en realidad es un tono azulado,ademas de que se ve que ya fue usado no parece nuevo tiene algunos raspones, pongo fotos aunque no se alcanza a apreciar muy bien al detalle

Terrible quality. Was broken when it arrived. Large chunk chipped off the edge.....wasn’t packaged properly for shipping. Would not have kept it even if it wasn’t broken. Very lightweight for supposedly being granite (there is no way it’s granite or any other type of real stone).

Es de muy buena calidad, no se patina ni pandea, bastante pesado lo cual hace que aguante lo que le pongas encima!

It is great looking especially on my round dining table
