It is easy to hold and maneuverable. I am taking a star off because of rusting as I only used it for a month.

I thought this knife would come in and be a light piece of junk. But it’s a sturdy heavy knife. We sharpen the old fashioned way and it’s held up well. I can’t tell if it holds up to the dishwasher because that’s so hard on a good knife. We rinse it with very hot hot water dry it thoroughly. So far it cuts fabulously. Slices tomatoes and pork loin just the same! We have an $80 knife that we don’t reach for now. We reach for this one.

Love this knife. Slices tomatoes paper thin. Chops macadamia nuts with ease. Have been following instructions and hand washing and drying. Store in box. I have never had a knife this sharp. Hope the edge last as I have never sharpened a blade this sharp. Did I mention it is sharp?

I have had DOZENS of knives over the years, and have spent a fortune. Finally I found this line of quality knives. I have purchased several from this line now, after trying the first one (chef's knife). I HIGHLY recommend this manufacturer. This knife takes AND holds a razor sharp edge!

I love coocking and making different meals with different type of veggetables. I always wanted to have a very good knife for not to spend much time in cutting. I was looking for a knife on amazon , but did not want to buy 100$ dollar or thing with such price, so I chose this on and bought it.I can say for sure it is the exact product you need in kitchen, it’s very sharp and you just need to touch it to the product and it cut in seconds.The knife is a really high quality and for those who don’t like coocking, the process ‘ll become just comport.I highly recomend it to all houswifes, people who kust love coocking, chefs and to everyone who prefer qualify knifes

Looks good. Extremely sharp and well balanced. Just received it. Have used it to slice tomatoes, potatoes, roast beef, etc. Everything sliced GREAT! Highly recommend. Will try to remember to update in a month or so. Main reason I wanted a new knife is that my old one will not hold an edge. Hopefully this one will.

A very solid knife. There isn't much to say, but it's pretty damn sharp. It easily cuts through your groceries. Egernomics on this thing is pretty good as well. Everything came in together with a nice black packaging. It'd make a great gift for your family member, or just another great arsenal accessory to your kitchen collection!

Excellent price for great German steel. Looks good too. I own Wusthof knives so I wanted to compare the two. The classic Ikon looks very similar. The quality of this Chinese knife is not as good as my German knives. They are not as well balanced and the edge grinds are slightly off. The handle is kind of fat but very sturdy. I would say though, that if you want a very sharp and useful knife for a fraction of what German made knive cost, this is a great knife.
