I was excited to hook this up. After booting windows it started having weird issues with the start menu disappearing. It got so bad it wouldn't let me link the Windows 10 digital license with my Microsoft account or do a system restore from the repair partition. I spent several hours troubleshooting this issue and finally decided to check the disk with HD Tune. The results were bad and can be seen in attached pictures. I called Blair Technology Group BTG the next day and spoke with customer service. The following is the conversation to the best of my memory after explaining the issue.Rep - I'm new here what do you want me to do.Me - Send a new drive.Rep - We dont have new drives. We have used drives and they probably wouldn't be any better than what you have.Me - So you can't just send me a new drive?Rep - No, besides it is a refurbished computer.Me - I realize it is refurbished but the Amazon ad says looks and functions like a new computer.Rep - Let me talk to my supervisor. Ok we can send you a new drive just like you have but you have to send your old drive to us first.Me - You expect me to have extra downtime while your waiting on the old drive.Rep - YesMe - Never mind I'll take care of it myself.I did take care of it myself and ordered a new drive on Amazon and installed it next day. The computer now seems Ok but leaving 2 stars for customer support. Here is your chance BTG to fix the situation. Just send me a new drive and not another sub par Periphio drive.

This is definitely a great computer for entry PC gaming. the CPU and GPU combo in a pre-built system is an amazing deal for only $600.My biggest complaint is that the system uses a custom HP motherboard and power supply. this makes almost any upgrades impossible without replacing both the motherboard and power supply. When i got to the point when i wanted to make a GPU upgrade, i realized all of this, and decided that the best option was to start over and just build my own PC, which i did.To conclude, great system if you are not looking to upgrade any parts.

I couldnt build a pc with these specs for what this one cost. I checked around for a prebuilt system and most with these specs were $900-$1100. Everything works perfect, I had the PC up and running in 15 minutes with no issues. Runs games on High settings with no problems. I also do website design, graphic design and after effects videos and it runs all of my software smoothly. I highly recommend.

My son purchased this as his first gaming computer. It has been working really good and meeting most of his needs. This is a good starter machine.

someone please help me out, during my boot up, the pc goes straight to this. now can you see the most recent dots that were created? thoes go on FOREVER and nothing happens

I would tell y'all if this was a good buy or not, but unfortunately mine didn't come with a power cord. I can't even turn it on.UPDATE: 10/06/19Finally bought a power cord. However, this is where things get worse. The system seems to have a bunch of corrupted files and sometimes will crash on me saying something went wrong with a code of CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Which isn't good. Not sure if this is due to a bad graphics card or maybe even a hard drive.Chances are, if it's too good to be true. It probably is.If you're have the same problem, open up a command prompt with administrator and run the command sfc /scannow. This will run a diagnosis of the system.

I have had this pc for a few weeks now and wow it is so amazing especially at the price I have enjoyed playing games such as Fortnite and realm royal this pc runs the games amazingly with great FPS

A little outdated for the price but works as expected...
