Good quality, strange fit.
Dickies pants fitting seems very bizarre in that they'll have multiple different fitting pants with the same description, like "slim-skinny" that are essentially an entirely different pant if you purchase them from one retailer versus another. A friend had a pair of "slim-skinny" black denim pants that he purchased from Tillys that fit great, so I decided to give these a shot, as they're the first black "slim-skinny" dickies jeans I've seen for sale outside of Tillys. For a "slim-skinny" pant, they are much more on the baggy side of things, bordering on looking like a normal, aka non-slim cut. This is interesting as I've purchased several pairs of the "slim-skinny" twill work pants, which fit entirely different, being much tighter in overall fit, despite having the same fit description. Oh, as an extra bit of info, some skinny jeans I've purchased that have been branded as Dickies in the past have had very stretched waists straight from the factory, making it essential that you wear a belt when wearing them. These ones are far closer to normal in fit, so you probably would want to order in your normal waist, or perhaps one size smaller if you want them to fit closer to actual slim or skinny jeans. The legs, however, seem a bit longer than normal, making cuffing your pants much more of a necessity unless you're looking for a bit of a bunched up look at the bottom.
