Disappointed on quality
Received the pen yesterday. It's a shock that new pen had scratches all over the body. Some scratches are deep too. The extra filament box is also broken. I had chosen this product only because it said it is the pen made in India. But didn't expect this kind of disappointment 😥 I don't have a good feeling to start using it. 😞

its my first 3d pen , overall the pen seems good . but the manual mentioned some aspects which were not in this pen (not sure if there are extra features under the body sticker) . the customer service at the wol website was very prompt

The adapter burnt within 2 min. Now using a Mi Phone adapter. its working well now. 3D pen is of average to good quality.
