I adore this book! I don’t know what i was expecting but this book is beautiful And exceeding all my expectations! The pages aren’t like plain paper they’re like cardstocky, they are thick and smooth, the whole book feels like a work of art. I love the ideas that the book gives, i would never had thought to embroider some things in there like a lampshade, much less how to do it.. but this book teaches how. i will totally order another because this is the type of book you leave on your coffee table and just daydream with, then i want one i can write in and make notes on so i can do the projects. I really love this book! i can’t wait to Use the patterns and make gifts for everyone. This isn’t like old embroidery this is modern and cool and fresh. Plus the photos in the book are all so beautiful too..

I ordered 3 embroider books. Of all the books this one has the easiest to follow directions, has the most complete directions for each project and has a range of interesting patterns to choose from. I have never embroidered anything and my first project was an advanced one and it turned out great.

This book is not only beautiful to look at, but it makes me excited to try embroidery! The projects are so creative and you can tell each one means something special to the author.

I didn't know how to embroider, but have always been interested. This book broke it down simply and I feel very confident now. You learn the tools you need, stitch techniques, embroidering on different materials and pro-tips. Plus, the templates are super inspiring and great practice. I highly recommend this book and applaud the author for making hand embroidery fun and modern!

Such a cute book! I love the ideas in here. I bought this for myself but now plan to give it as gifts to all of my crafty friends. Such a fresh, modern take on an “old” hobby!

I love that there are different projects like embroidering flowers on a pillow, embroidering plant holders, making dream catchers, etc. There's a nice mix of embroidery and craft. I've already done two projects!

So easy to follow! This had bettered my embroidery. I do wish the tracing pages weren't double sided. I do not always have access to a copier and need to trace directly from the book so it can be hard to differentiate lines sometimes

I enjoyed this book from cover to cover, and plan to make several of the patterns in the book. What I didn't like was having to go to a website to download several of the patterns which could have easily been included in the book's pattern section. I find it quite annoying to not to have all the patterns in one place. Overall the book included the basic hand embroidery information which is great for a beginner as well as a seasoned hand embroiderer. I can never read too much about hand embroidery, and the patterns have a nice modern take which I like.
