Used on wakeboard binding. Works and I might prefer over original lace.
Needed a lace to replace a broken one on a "Device" binding on a 7-year-old Gladiator Matrix Wakeboard. First, this lace is much thicker than the original, so it took a little extra effort to lace it. 2nd, it is also much shorter. So, there is no string slack when the boot is loosened all the way. In a way, I actually like that better than having a foot-and-a-half of string that dangles from the other binding. The thickness of the lace also makes loosening or tightening the binding a little more difficult, particularly in the water. Overall, however, I'm happy with the purchase and actually consider replacing the other lace with one of these.
