Useful
Whether you'll find this 58-page book to be worth the price depends on your goal for reading it. It has the fascinating and informative story of how John Stuart Mill learned, followed by related principles that are useful. Although it is an excellent addition to the literature on learning theory, however, there are better books if you only plan to read one or two on this subject. Probably the best book, Make it Stick, comprehensively reflects the latest cognitive research, is very well written, and it can be used to rapidly improve anyone's study techniques.

A Nice Read
Good information packed into a small guide. I would recommend it to those that need a reminder of how to study well.

This is a must read!
This book is a must read! The book was required for my "How To Succeed In College" class. Not only did I learn about how to succeed in college, I learned about myself and my thought processes. Don't let the small size of this book fool you - it's packed with power!
