Great radio, works very well, looks good.

Radio works beautifully, as all Sony's that I've ever had do. What stood out was the customer service. A return label was included with shipping that stated if there were any issues whatsoever to please send it back. That is big in my book since our closest UPS return for Amazon returns is nearly an hour away. We did not have to return the radio, but very happy with the label that was included as a precaution.

Easy install. It was actually a perfect match for the connections already in place on an older Sony Xplod. Easy to use and program. I added the SiriusXM option. Love it.

Great customer service even better reception. I bought this radio to replace the radio in our tractor because the original radio did receive any stations in our rural area. My plan was to use the Sirius XM. We had a little confusion on the installation instructions and thought it wasn’t working. We contacted customer service. They responded quickly and offered to provide an exchange or we could buy another radio and send the defective one for a refund. We opted for choice b to expedite the switch. In the meantime we re-read page 42 of the manual and realized two wires were supposed to be connected to the same power source. That fixed it and the original radio works fine. We returned the second radio and received a prompt refund. We are very happy with the radio and appreciate the customer service.

It's a very decent radio. My quicks that I dislike is the following. The auto scroll only scrolls the line once per song. Also the song info doesn't rotate through. Like say it says the song name, then artist, then track time, for example. Doesn't do that. It'd would only display track time, or song name, or artist, or album. and then of course, auto scroll only scrolls once through one of those. Not all. And the time. This is a me thing, but I'd like 24 hour format, you cant select that with the radio. But otherwise, pretty decent radio. Sound is great, the sound options are great, and the amount of music sources you can have is also great. Display color options, and buttons, is also nice. Though I think it was a oversight on their part for the text above the buttons to not be backlit, cause you cant see that at night. (oh, shuffle button also looks like a loop button to me) but ye. Pretty decent radio overall.

Very nice Sony radio works great in my 2006 Jeep Wrangler. Love the fact it has XM radio plus CD player to play music going down the road.

Installed found the screen is not that bright.Hard to see.Brightness is turned all the way up

BadAzz head unit. Quality
