Down Under Kimberley Synthetic Saddle
A good basic saddle, but given the price differential, I would rather have the leather version (only $140 more). The design is solid and comfortable and the saddle is well-built.

great saddle
I love this saddle. The rough out seat and panels on the flaps really help you feel secure in the saddle. The saddle is light weight and is definitely close contact, I can feel everything she's doing or is about to do. One thing that I didn't anticipate but absolutely love is the dressage style girthing system, really easy getting things tight and snug. People are saying the stirrups are cheap, and ya, they are molded plastic and really light weight, but they are wide and comfortable and I'll keep them for a while until I find some irons I like. The stirrups are not a deal breaker because everything else about this saddle is perfect. It's a nice looking saddle too. I just bought a horse again after 15 years and she's a little Haflinger mare. This saddle is a good fit for her flat, wide, short back and helps me feel confident and a little more secure than I would in another saddle. I have the same build as my mare, short and wide, I got an 18 and it fits me nicely.

Awesome saddle!
You can't beat this saddle for comfort for both horse and rider, attractiveness, weight, and overall value. I received this as a Christmas gift, and I absolutely love it! My horse loves the fact that it moves with her when she breathes, and I love that I can feel what my greenbroke horse is going to do almost before she even does it. LOVE IT!!!
