This is a very good formula for the price. I was impressed that it contains all 5 types of collagen plus vitamin C & Hyaluronic acid. These capsules are tasteless and have no noticeable odor but rather large at 3/4” long and slightly wider than 1/4”. Therefore, I suggest swallowing with a lot of water. I found it gets easier to swallow once you get used to it. The directions state to take 3 caps daily. I prefer to take 1 cap in the morning, afternoon, and evening because of the size pill. I was born with Alopecia (bald spot) and was hoping I would see some hair growth there but no improvement. Also, I did not notice any improvement in my skin nor joint pain, but neither has gotten any worse. However, it did seem to make my hair grow faster and my nails seem stronger. I have been taking these supplements for about 3/4 of a year and am hoping I will see better results the longer I take them. That is what happened when I took a pre and probiotic supplement. I am a 58 yo female and wasn’t expecting any miracles but think this supplement would be most beneficial to younger people. If my body still produced estrogen, I’m sure I would see better results. However, everyone is different. Overall, I would recommend this supplement unless you are allergic to eggs.

Excellent Product!! After taking this collagen supplement in about 6 weeks I noticed that my skin overall became softer, my face became smoother and what wrinkles I did have are diminishing. My nails are growing quicker! I have short hair but in taking the collagen, my hair is growing faster and even more thicker than it was before I began this product. For me, this is an amazing and I have recommended it all my friends.

Ok so these are 3 per day but fairly easy to swallow due to the clear capsule coating (that’s a plus). I ordered based on the reviews and oh my! The first difference I’ve noticed is how my toothache has minimized, I have very sensitive teeth and to top it off a pending root canal (imagine that). After I started taking these, my pain have definitely minimize and my skin looks a bit plumpier. It’s my 1st bottle, I’ll take more notes and update my review after my 3rd order for further benefits confirmation lol. So far I recommend this specific brand and product based on my own results in a short period of time.

I am almost done with my bottle and I will say, taking these with my current skin care regimen and my skin has improved dramatically. In fact, I wrote about this on my blog on more than one occasion. My skin feels more supple and smooth. Also, my nails and hair look much better too. The only advice I would give is to take the capsules one by one drinking a lot of water in-between (it's okay, water is good for your skin anyway). The dose is 3 capsules and I tried to take all three at once and it got stuck as they are on the larger side.

I've tried various types of biotin and get bad break outs. Inwas incredibly pleased to try these (containing mo biotin) and get results of better hair, skin, and nails. Since the Covid shut downs I tried a collagen joint supplement from costco and its making skin all over my entire body break out! Even if the delivery time of Amen collagen takes longer its definitely worth the wait and I will never stop taking th or change brands again. My stomach has never been affected by these (I take them at bed time), never noticed a taste, and though the pills are on the larger side and the dose is 3, again it's worth it considering all the other pills I have tried that mess up my skin.

These are good, only thing I dont like about them is that you have to take three. I would rather just tale one a day but other than that theyre great. Easy to swallow and you dont taste anything.

This is my first review on Amazon. Loved how easy and small these pills are compared to the regular collagen pills and you don't need to take 6 of them! Got motivated to leave a review since I got a glimpse of a video my 6yo daughter shot of me over the weekend. Despite her lacking camera skills and the most unflattering angles she took the video from, my naked skin was so radiant in the video I myself took a double take and wondered if I put on any make up (no i didn't). I've been taking it with the codeage life supplement along with the collagens on empty stomach before bed time and I can see sun spots from my reckless years with no sunscreen fading away in the past ONE month! I had good skin to start with and I've been getting twice as many people commenting on my my "natural glow" recently...for that, i'll write my first amazon review.
