Great phone. I was undecided on getting a refurbished product but I needed a new phone at a reasonable cost and like the Huawei models. The phone works brilliantly, was quick to arrive and easy to set up. Listed as 'good' condition but in reality it's in excellent condition there are no scratches, no damage, no visible dents or wear and tear. Couldn't have gone better.

Ordered as a birthday gift, what a disappointment. Regrettably under impression that being same make as my old phone it would be easy enough to transfer from info from one to another? NO! New phone does not include SIM card, although all instructions to clone information require 2 x SIM cards? Also InstructionsToo complicated. I cannot comment on any other aspect of phone, e.g. photo or vidio as after three hours, following instructions given word for word,! all I achieved was charging.

The phone is quick but if you like to use contactless then you won't want this phone as it doesn't have the capability of nfc even though it is supposed to have it.

I lost my previous Huawei P30 lite, this replacement is very good

the seller lies started the process for a refund as item was faulty, asked seller if they could send a code for po to print when sending back, refused i had to purchase another phone as it was taking ages for seller to get back to me now they are saying they wont refund worst experience ive had with amazon never again

This Huawei P30 lite is a really nice phone, ood looking and nice to hold is lite and it's overall appearance is very good. The only problem is when your doing anything on the phone the screen goess black within a couple of seconds and the pictures of the screen change everytime it goes black overall good little phone. I do like Huawei.
