not good for me as i have somewhat of a long ...
I have had this brand waist trainer before which i use to keep bulge at sides in, it works perfectly for that. I needed a smaller one due to the fact that i have lost a few inches from my waist. The quality is as expected (good) however, due to the smaller size, the torso length is also shorter, not good for me as i have somewhat of a long torso, this is the only reason i'm giving three stars and not more.

Very nice and confortable waist, I am small size for dress, then I got the xsmall because I want it to be tight, I couldn't put it alone, if you get it on small size you will need some help to put it on. I am wearing this waist per six hours a day.

I wouldn’t not recommend this product to anyone
This garment has a strong odor.I have washed it twice and it still smells.I will wash it one more time and if it still smells I will return it. I can wear something that smells and it supposed to be new.I wouldn’t not recommend this product to anyone.
