Game Changing Hair Product
Have tried so many hair gels, pomades, pastes….never works out. This stuff though, has made a complete change for me, my hair, and my confidence.I have some thinning hair and the pomade texture does a great job making my hair look fuller! It also sticks in place through the day with no issue. At $10, you cannot beat this! It lasted me 4-6 months at the 1oz size. Great product.

Get your Ruezel here
If you are a man and like Ruezel products - get them here. WAY better price than anywhere else. Pro Tip: Get the REALLY BIG one and then one travel one for most cost effective. Then road warriors can just refill the travel one. Wink. If you are not using Ruezel, you should.

I like the smell of my hair treatment; the pleasing odor is half the point.
Reuzel green is the kinder, gentler cousin of Reuzel Pink. Make no mistake about it, this is still a man's pomade. Anyone buying this should ensure that they have a firm understanding of what they're looking for in a hair product before they go out and buy it. They should also understand, at least superficially, what using an oil and wax based pomade entails from the get go. Make no mistake about it, to get this stuff completely out of your hair you will need to use serious degreasing action like Dawn Dish Soap. I'm not exaggerating. Much like Reuzel Pink, this is NOT baby's first pomade. It's going to be difficult to work with and hard to handle.Don't mistake that for this being a BAD product. It's not, infact it's quite good possessing the characteristics of excellent hold, ability to be sculpted, and durability combined with weather resistance. It's a hardy pomade with good style to it. It's just not for the inexperienced. All it's going to do is leave a bitter taste in your mouth and steer you away from a company making otherwise great products. If you're looking at Reuzel for your first pomade, stick to red or blue. They're water based, much more forgiving and still excellent. If you're a seasoned user looking for the best that wax/oil based pomades have to offer, this is it.

Smelly
It takes a lot of product to get my straight hair to get styled. The scent is odd. Like a sweet green apple. Will not buy again mostly because of the smell.

Exceptional Product when Used Correctly
This is a great product, but you have to know how to use it and whether or not it is the best fit for your hair/what look you are going for. I am caucasian with with medium/fine hair. I have a standard side part, and have my hair close on the sides. My usual "go-to" hair product is "Work Hard" molding paste by Redken. Great product that provides strong hold without "stiffness". REUZEL is different from this in that it is a pomade and holds the general shape of your hair, but does not lock it in place, *unless you use a large amount. The thing is though, this product gives your hair a 2-day "unwashed" look with just a small amount. Some people can pull this look off, but you have to be careful, otherwise you just look greasy. The instruction say to apply to "towel-dried" hair, however, I have found that it is better to apply to completely, bone dry hair. If you try to apply this while moisture is present, it pulls on your hair when you try to apply it. Also, this product doesn't glide into your hair like other products, so after you put a dime-sized portion in your hands, rub your hands together to warm it up/thin it out and then grab handfuls of your hair to apply it, starting with the areas that need the strongest hold: Part/callick/bangs. If this is the first time using this product, you might want to try the smaller size first to see if this goes with your hair/style. This product may take a little experimentation/getting use to, so perhaps don't use this for the first time when you're in a rush. The scent is very mild. One reviewer said the scent was too fruity and overpowering. That's just not true. The scent is minor, fresh melon. No stronger than a mild-scented shampoo. I've been using this product off an on for several months, and I have not noticed any increase in skin breakouts/acne that I was concerned about when putting a product on my head that contains the word "grease". In conclusion, this product really does best when it is used either in large quantities to gives a pompadore-style look extreme hold and sheen with thick/full/short hair, or in very small amounts to give a natural 'unwashed' look for thin/medium/long hair. Hope this helps! Any questions, just ask.
