I really loved this carrier because my cat willingly would go into it, it looked great, and it was sturdy (I had the blue version). The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because I have only used this carrier approximately 7 times to transport my cat and the portion that the front strap is attached to seems to becoming undone (the sewing it starting to rip). It isn't completely unusable, but it seems to get worse every time I use it and I am scared that soon the section might break and I may drop my cat. My cat is only 9 pounds, so he is in the weight limit. The other strap section is completely fine, so maybe my front strap just wasn't sewed properly? If I wasn't having a strap problem I would have given it 5 stars.

Not very happy with this pet carrier. Love the looks love the color but on the inside there are lots of places with the dog can chew and bite and rip therefore the carrier Will not last. We are not even putting our new Puppy in it because we saw her chewing on it the first time we put her in it and that was the end of that. A few design flaws, velcro used for colapse/fold-up feature is on the bottom of the carrier and stuck to the floor of the airplane and other carpeted areas. Be sure to place something underneath or attach a piece to the rough velcro while in use. Otherwise, moderately sturdy, survived two trips from Hawaii and London and then back a year later.

I got this because it was on the cheaper side and I wasn't sure how my puppy would handle being in it so I didn't want to invest in an expensive one. This product is definitely a 'You get what you pay' product. It works for now but definitely isn't the highest quality and I don't see it lasting super long.

I got this carrier for my cat - he does not like being in a carrier and will hide when he sees it. This carrier was such a great find!! He loves the material and softness of the carrier and will sleep on it while it's I assembled. The first time he went to the vet with this carrier he walked right in. Such a life savor!

Great carrier! Make sure zippers are zipped down the the side though. Our cat was able to unzip them when the were at the top.

Perfect fit for my large cat. Flew for his first time across country in comfort and feeling secure. Great blue color and well made to last.

I have been using this for a month. My puppy gets so excited when he sees it. He loves going for a ride. Great price!
