Not impressed. Tried it out watching television. It amplifies background noises, sound effects and laugh tracks, which drown out what people are saying. The earpiece wouldn't stay in place either, kept falling off. Does not arrive with a statement, or return instructions, so rather hard to return. It's going in a drawer.

The hearing amplifier works if the room is silent. Otherwise it picks up other sounds as well. I couldn't use it with my floor fan running on a very warm evening. It picked up the roar from the fan.

does make things louder but is very staticy and tinny sounding, doesn't stay in place very well.

Tried a Hearing Aid, had to make repeated visits for adjustments... at $1.3k it just wasn't worth it so, I returned it. This Hearing Amplifier however is perfect; adjustable volume, comfortable, rechargeable and highly recommended.

Awful! Don't waste your money. This thing could only pick up the fan noise. The ear piece was uncomfortable.

I can hear the dogs barking VERY loudly, even the FRIDGE sound, but forget the TV which I bought it for. Perhaps it is just me, the tones that I hear, but I trashed mine.

Not good with outside noises

I got this amplifier for my 91 year old mother. She hated it...too much reverberation. I tried it and agree. It does amplify so I did give it 2 stars. I would not recommend it.
