Better than i imagined. Follow your instincts and ignore the poor reviews
If i was to complain about anything it has to be the courier tore the box for the table, but thankfully everything was bang on. Delivered one day before five day time slot, i made the mistake of having it delivered to our home address instead of our static caravan and had to do 2 trips to move it all. But hey! It's worth it. Chairs are so comfy and incredibly easy to adjust. My partner had trouble fitting the cushions because the retaining clips are so strong to open. Not a downside, just a note to the ladies if you dont want to break a nail lol. Parasol isn't to the standard we're used to but dont be put off, its just not as good as the ones we already have. Anyway! Apart from my critisism of the parasol its a fantastic suite. Get your wallet out and buy one. You wont regret it

Excellent product
Excellent quality , very pleased with how they look. Hardly any installation as the set came in large boxes. The frames have been outside all winter and no signs of rust

Has it's quality control problems
Arrived on time, but found one stool leg bent along with two bolts on chairs being badly bent. The table had a dislodged glass top clamp, hard to refit and after two nights of rain rust was already developing on the welds on two seats. Beware of the parasol raising handle. It has razor like back edges which if your finger is in the way as mine was, it will literally be skinned. And it,s very painful.

Value for money
Metal frames with reversible cushions. I have two patio areas and these six seats and tables fulfilled my needs. The cross straps tend to loose their tension and sag but return their tension when not in use. Bear in mind that delivery is on a large pallet. Assembly is easy but needs two people to assemble the table. You will also need to purchase a parasol base

Smashed glass
Bought this set and it looked fab in the garden, on day 2 unfortunately there was a breeze and the brolly was lifted slightly and this is what happened to the table, have spoken to Amazon and Primrose and there is nothing they can do about it Which I found very disappointing Customer Service was useless
