Make sure you are using brand new batteries.I love this brush. I have sensitive, acne-prone combination skin and this brush has changed my life. I wish i had one in high school.I'm allergic to latex so the sponge immediately went in the trash. I'm not sure what the silicone one is for but I use it to remove masks because it is gentle and doesn't get clogged up with the clay. The longest scrubby is soft but does it's job so well. I've been fighting dry and flaky dark spots lately and after one use with the same wash I always use, they are gone. I. Love. This. Brush.The pumice stone is a weird addition to a facial brush but I use it for my pedicures so it all works out. 😁Buy this for your acne covered teen! Boy or girl! It's a deeper clean than washcloths without hurting the elasticity of the skin.

I had my face wash routine down to a science. But my face was still breaking out and my blackheads were still noticeable. I stopped using my exfoliating cleanser and opted for a gentle oil free cleanser to use with this product. Y'all, I am IN LOVE with this little gadget. After just one use my blackheads were hardly visible! I use it twice a day and your skin truly feels clean. I am planning on buying a few of these for christmas presents this year. Totally reccomend this!

After seeing many reviews about these types of brushes on youtube, I was shocked at the price (over $100). However, I was happy to find a similar and affordable one on amazon. This works well.; i use it daily with a jamaican black soap and my face is instantly smoother and shinier after each use. I only use two of the brushes though - the other two I find are useless. For the price it works well and I am happy I purchased it.

Each brush does what it suppose to do. No matter what type of skin you can find a brush within the brushes to work for you. That is really what I like about it, some days I have sensitive skin and other days I have rough skin and I can pick which one would suit me better on that morning or night. Really great as well when it rotates and the two levels that it has for fast or faster. Over all great product.

I was tired of spending $20-50 on facial brushes from WALMART so I decided to let try out an Amazon product and it did not disappoint. I've been using it now for the past couple of days and it works just as good as the expensive one I got last year. I'm never spending more than $14 on one of these again. It comes with different pieces that can do different things to your face. Overall very happy with this purchase and I'm glad I found it.

This is a great little cleanser for the money! I own two other expensive brands of hand held face cleanser devices and this one performs right up there with those. It comes with 5 different brush/heads for the device that are very easy to take on and off. I particularly love the brush head that can be used as a nail file and the soft spongey brush that is great for applying creams. This is a bargain and I would highly recommend giving it a try if you are in the market for an affordable and effective facial cleanser device.

My pre-teen daughter Loves this to wash her face with this. She has extremely sensitive skin that is starting to break out, and washing with face soap and a cloth was not enough. As a preteen she doesnt always wash her face the greatest but this really worked for her. I had a different brand and she liked how it made her face feel really clean after but was too harsh on anything but low and even then she would only use it once a week. So I tried this one and she loves it. She prefers the silicone scrubber for her face and its gentle enough for her skin but cleans it better. she now uses it every day morning and night and her face is really clearing up. Would for sure recommend for anyone with sensitive skin.

My item came defective out of the box. I took the item from the box and inserted the batteries (correctly) but it did not show any signs of having any power. I took out the batteries and retried multiple times but nothing happened.I am really upset because I purchase this same item a few months ago which worked perfectly. My cousin uses that one so I decided to order a replacement which is now defective.Update:Today I contacted the seller about my defective item. The seller responded very quickly and indicated that they will replace the defective item. I am upgrading from 1 star to 4 because of the excellent customer service. I will update to another star when I receive my item and it is working.Thanks for the excellent customer service, I am amazed.
