Our cat is on a prescription diet for urinary issues but mostly refused to eat only the prescription wet food, so we have to mix it with non-prescription. This is part of that rotation and our cat seems to like it, plus hasn’t has a significant urinary event in several years now.

Our older cat likes the texture of this canned food. Moist enough the supply moisture if he doesn’t drink water .

I'm not a big reviewer but for this I will write to help someone. My cat only ate Fancy Feast liver flavor twice a day for 7 years, he was so difficult to feed because he is so stubborn. He also loved Temptations treats. He started to have Urinary issues in 2022 and we had to unblocked his urethra but he would still have minor flare ups. 1 month ago he became severely obstructed again, they found multiple large kidney stones in his bladder causing the obstruction. As an ER nurse I know how this is related to his diet and the vet confirmed. We weren't sure if it's was the FF or the Temptations that was causing it but we had to go 'cold turkey' and stop both. The poor thing lost weight because he didn't like/eat any of the Urinary based diets. But I saw this and thank God... I was able to get the liver flavor which is the flavored he loved in FF and since then he has been eating it up! The stones are caused by high magnesium and high pH. They can lead to high Potasssium which causes heart problems. This Urinary brand is specially formulated with a low concentration of all of these and it's smells and taste good to him. I am beyond happy!! I also switched to Royal Canine Urinary treats but you need that through Chewy and your vet needs to confirm (It also has the low ph,Mag and K formula). Whisper also loves those. I am so glad that we found a healthy brand that tastes well and is cheaper compared to other Urinary brands.

My poor kitties are both UTI prone. I have been buying them this cat food for 2 years and it has helped a lot. They love it. I wish the price was more affordable, but considering that it's the cheapest option on the market, I can't complain too much. It's worth the price for happy, healthy kitties. I recommend a cat water fountain too for anyone else struggling with bladder infection issues. Also UTI supplement drops! My cats love this wet food.

We get this product on subscription. This time when I opened the big box and the box of cat food was inside. There were several tears in the package wrap. 3 cans of the cat food were dented in. Makes me wonder if those cans are still good.

My precious $4,000 operation cat for crystals in end of April 2025 is still alive and kicking today 1/19/26!! So happy he is still with me 9 months later eating purina urinary tract health food. Fingers crossed 🤞 he will be with me for his natural life.

My cat had urinary issues - kidney stones. Vet recommended the Royal Canin Urinary Health products that are ridiculous expensive. My brother's cat was on THIS product for years after having an expensive bladder surgery and this stuff works!!! My cat loves it and I know he's healthy.

My 10 year-old cat was losing weight. He is on the dry Purina one urinary tract. He still eats it and loves it, but I supplement with this wet food.
