Not only is it easy to install and use, it makes for a nice and neat way to keep your water hose stored.

Does not retract well. Very disappointing.
Overall it seems like a good hose reel. The handle seems a little flimsy. The biggest issue is the retraction. I pull about half the hose out and it does not want to retract even with the water turned off and drained. I have to basically force the hose back into the reel. Very disappointing.

QUALITY
The ease to water all the way to the back, front and both sides of our house. I purchased to 50-foot length that was just short of what I needed. This spring I purchased the 100-foot length with knowing it was the best quality out there. Very happy customer!!!

Reel works well but hoses not up to snuff.
Reel operates well and seems durable and set to give good service. However the hoses just aren't the same quality as the reel. The 6' connector hose bursted sometime overnight on the first day of our install and looking at our water usage cost us over 100 gallons of water. Standard house water tested at 75psi). Add the cost of the water to the cost of buying heaver duty connector hose ($15) and regular 100' hose I just bought to make sure this doesn't happen again and while the product itself is sturdy, the upgraded parts throws the value out the window vs. its competitors.

Worth every penny
We purchased the 1/2" hose version first, because it was slighly cheaper, then after recieving and using this 5/8" diameter hose version, found it is a much better option.

Parts Missing
Hose reel works as described but arrived with missing parts, wall mounting bracket, wall screws, washers, and anchors are not in box.
