Have been using this product earlier too. - First pair bought in Feb-2019 - Second pair bought in Jan-2026 Note: First couple of days the Filter doesn't work properly and water passes through at speed. After 7-10 days speed slows down to Normal & Filtration quality increase from Bad to Good.

Useless Product Using from past 45 days Stopped filtering water just even for pure sweet municipals water Fillter porse got clogged with in a 3 days and even after Priming it as insited in the video only 30% of top most part of candel porse gets freed & remaining 70% of candel porse or not getting free even after cleaning every 3 days 8 - 10 times in a month Taste is also not so good, even natural sweet water taste soure Investment cost for candel is high Normal white local ceramic filter perfoormed very well then this Brought 3 months back but started using from past 45 days as wasted 45 days for converting 4 candel fillter to 2candel arrangement @ Rama filter needed Refund If want can share Video as well

This is not functioning properly. Filtration stops as and when water-level dips only about two inches below from the tip of the candles. How can it be helped?

Filtration process very fast , not sure, whether filtering or not observed with regular municipal water at home. Note : Initially (first time ) we have tested 3 to 4 times with candles to observe TDS, taste... not sure, after 3 to 4 months how the filtration process for Carbon candles.. 1) Observed smell of the water reduced. 2) TDS before filtration = 320+ and after filtration showing TDS 390+

Good quality Good product A brief reference to the Ramu filter, I am using your product from last two years it works very well. I think it would be good if you could spend a little low cost money to reach middle class families with your products and I hope everyone is healthy. Because I'm healthy too, so I'm messaging, We had many complications when our children were drinking borewell water, cold, fever, cough, were frequent, then we took Rama filter, after that our health changed within a month, we, our children are healthy, even those who told both families are using it.
