Worked well on my granite countertops! Took a little elbow grease but really cleaned them up. I would definitely suggest this for granite countertops!

This product is incredible! I wish I would have done a before and after video. I highly recommend this for quartz polishing. It removed hard water deposits and created a fantastic shine.

Well, I guess it did work somewhat, after a lot of hand scrubbing. I have horrible hard water stains on tile. Unfortunately my tile has an uneven surface. It worked somewhat but this is going to need more treatments. I think I need the drill scrubber. This is not possible to clean entirely by hand. It did remove much of the surface stain but there is still a haze and I was unable to get into the crevices of the uneven tile. I am hoping with time and more effort I will be able to get this clean. I wish they sold a scrubber they recommend with the solution. If your tile is uneven or you have a lot of crevices you will need the drill scrubber.

Works wonders on shower doors. Follow directions, but purchase a drill bit with a glass scouring pad on it. Using the drill was the only way I got the hard water off my shower doors. It could not be hand scrubbed off. Then I bought a product for windshields that I put on the shower doors to make the water sheet off. Then I only clean the inside with Diamond Blue Wash. Diamond Blue also helps the water to shed off the doors. And, yes, you will still have to use a squeegee after you shower. It is difficult to deal with hard water.

We have very hard water so I didn't have much hope of this working. But I figured I would try it and keep my fingers crossed.The product made a mess of my black honed granite counter top around my faucet. It is now worse that ever, and not with hard water buildup. I know this product says it is non-acidic, but whatever is in it etched the stone all around the faucet.I assume I will have to get a professional in to fix it. So along with the $50 lost for the product, I will be out much more for fixing my counter.

This polish does a good job of removing water deposits from a black granite shower surround with a smooth finish. I use a Makita variable speed polisher which is much faster and less painful than polishing by hand. I don’t think hand polishing would get the same results which is mirror clean tile. The only downside to this polish is it’s color, light cream, which just destroys my black grout lines. It takes longer to get the grout cleaned off than the tile because it’s all hand scrubbing with a little narrow brush. It’s very difficult to get out of the grout and even after scrubbing I can still see a difference between the original grout lines and the polished portions. I really wish they made this polish a black or dark gray tint..I would buy a case if it.

We have slate tile in our shower and hard water. Over the last five years, I have tried everything to get the hard water stains removed. I've tried CLR, Lime Away, Mr. Clean magic erasers, vinegar, lemon oil and pretty much every other product on the market. I also hired someone who specializes in restoring tile, and he gave up with no success. I was at the point where I was ready to replace all that tile, which would have been a costly venture. I found a youtube video with someone using this product. Still a bit skeptical after having failed so many other times, I ordered this as a last resort. I'm happy to say it really works! I recommend only cleaning small areas and rinsing often, as the product itself can leave a residue if not rinsed well. But, now my shower looks nice again and I'll never use another product.

I have bad hard water stains on the glass doors in my shower and bought this to help get rid of them. It only helped a tiny bit. I had to scrub a lot and it's an almost clay consistancy so when it gets when it takes a lot more effort to wash off. Maybe it works on small hard water stains? But if they're really bad this didn't work.
