, First, I bought this because I have a Broken Scapula that is not healing and this was the only one that covers the scapula. It is a little hard to put on yourself but i got a lot of pain relief by wearing it at night. I also wear it during the day to restrict motion, the only thing dr's give you is a cheap sling. This does work really well! does need instructions and for washing as well.

This shoulder brace offers great support and is more comfortable than other braces I have tried. It also covers more of the shoulder blade to keep all muscles from over extending. I would definitely recommend this to aid in recovery from rotator cuff surgery.

Will cause perspiration; bagginess in fitting; cross-chest straps vel-croed in opposite pulling direction.

Was too big for my shoulders. I tightened it at the beginning of a basketball game and multiple times throughout the game, but it loosened up quickly and wouldnt stay on tight enough to support my shoulder. Might work better for a man with bigger shoulders.
