AutoExec AUE14001 File Tote Organizer Black

I bought my tote bag a year ago for use carrying files from office to car, and working on the road about 3,000 miles monthly. Mostly I carry client file folders, various application packs, laptop & cables, tablet, spare power cords. This bag has been to the road wars. I can't count how many miles I've put on it or in-and--outs from the car to office or home it has run. All through that it has held up remarkably, especially for the price, and even after the wear and tear it still looks pretty good.Why did I get this? I have too many files and application packages for a briefcase or backpack, not to mention the office equipment we have to lug around now. Putting this all in a cardboard bankers box doesn't work well, doesn't really come with handles, and is nothing more than one big compartment for things to slide around in. With the Tote you can move the compartments around so everything is in place.Rather than use a briefcase or backpack, I just carry this back and forth from office to car to home to car to office. When at client location I pull out files I need and just carry to the facility and don't take the entire tote (of course).Tote has never slipped off front seat, also I've never used the tie-down section to secure it to the seat. Unnecessary.I put a LOT of stuff in this bag and it has taken a beating. One corner is a little frayed, but its really nothing given the workload it has carried not to mention the abuse I give it banging it into doors, throwing it on the ground, etc. Contrary to other posts, the sides are very sturdy. My pictures show the bag to sag a little but if you look closely I didn't quite pack it properly so what do you expect. (Plus its a year-old!) Its neat going out the door but by end-of-day it isn't as organized as I'd like.While I haven't weighed it when full, I've fit at least 50 files in there along with applications, and my computer/tablet/cords along with a section I made for a book, medications, thumb-drives, etc. You can move around the interior sides as you wish, but I pretty much use the front and back for folders and save the interior for other items. It seems to work better when balancing a big bag, carrying it, and also maintaining the bag's construction.I don't bother to use the black cloth cover. If I'm worried about security when I'm out of the car I'd just grab the bag and put it in the trunk.Overall, this is the sturdiest car tote I've had and for the price is a steal. I've purchased these as gifts to other road-guys and they love them.

All you get is a big empty tote. Very sturdy, but nothing to hold files or anything else. Yes it comes with three movable Velcro inserts to change the size of the compartments, but you have to buy something to hold the file folders. I understand it not coming with the folders themselves, but a little misleading otherwise. Still cheaper than the competition if I have to buy the rest.

I love this tote. I am a home health nurse so I work out of my car and this is perfect for organizing all of my junk. The only thing that bothers me a little is that the dividers are held in place with velcro along the top and bottom only and move around a little. I wish the sides that held the dividers in place were velcro from top to bottom not just a couple of strips. But even with that said I would buy it again, I really like it. It is perfect for people who work out of their car.

Bought this for the Mrs who works out of her car. This clever tote has transformed her car from a paper tornado to an organized mobile workstation. She really enjoys the one-grab tidy-up so she can transition her car from work day to motorist on a super-wife/super-mom schedule. Bonus... no more "oopsie" kid shoe prints on client paperwork! Score!

I love this bag. I use it on a rolling cart because I teach high school and I need to roll my stuff from one classroom to another, at times, with only a few minutes for passing time. I keep it all organized and contained with this thing. It is heavy duty so I can also carry it to and from my car and I know it is not going to tear. It is a great quality product. I also got the file folder holders and use the velcro sections to really keep so organized I am amazed.

The only negative thing I an say about this storage bin are the handles, they should be wider. If the container is full of items, such as brochures, binders, etc., and a little heavy the handles hurt my hands. Positive - it is sturdy, easy to assemble and stays square when not full. These are all important to me.

I really liked the way l could arrange my files and important papers. The only improvement l would Have liked is a zippered top.. I will be using this to travel to a vacation home . A zippered top would make it more secure. Really like the way you can make smaller compartments to hold small pads , checks etc. Overall it will serve the purpose I bought it for.

I use this tote to carry Girl Scout supplies. It is roomy and the velcro inserts allow you to customize the divided areas. The only thing I disliked was the top flap. It attaches with small velcro tabs and isn't very functional. I would have preferred a zippered top the was made out of a stretchy fabric. Overall a very nice tote. The handles are very studry. I'd definitely buy this product again
