This nutrient drink tastes like a milk shake. I usually down one of these when I don't get a chance to make breakfast once in a while. It's hard to find in many places. But I highly recommend it!

These are like the Carnation Instant Breakfast packets that you mix with a glass of fresh skim milk - in fact, when I last checked, the nutritional profile was nearly the same. The bonus is that you can keep these in your pantry! They taste MUCH better when served on ice. I send these to my son's college dorm, since he sometimes forgets to eat. (Maybe I would be as thin as he is, if I had that problem!)Look for the cheapest combination of price and shipping on this - which means you probably won't be buying one can at a time.
