I don’t notice a ton of improvement in my sleep. I do work nights though, so I don’t have great sleep as it is. However, I will continue to use it and may see improvements with more use. I’ve only had it for two weeks. It is soft and very comfortable, and definitely feels like a comforting hug underneath.

I bought this for my son for his birthday and he really likes it. He said it took him a few nights to get used to it, but now he falls asleep almost immediately and stays asleep. I plan on purchasing another for my daughter.

I was skeptical at first... but it actually works for better sleep. My wife loved it so much she bought one for herself!

It was what I expected and what was described, great.... Until the inside holding the weighted part to the cover ripped. Picture attached. Now the weighted part just clumps at the bottom of the cover making it really hard to use. In addition the stitching is causing the blanket to unravel. 6 months standard use (ie not throwing it around) 2-3x /week

Loved that there is a washable cover for weighted blanket, so soft.

Product fell apart right away and very hard to move around would not advice

I have had this blanket for 2 years (queen size) I really like it and use it most nights. I have severe chronic pain and I find that it helps soothe my nervous system. It helps with sleep & anxiety. The only downside of this blanket is that the ties for the duvet have broken because of the weight of the blanket. This causes the blanket to bunch at one end. I spend every evening redistributing the weighted blanket within the duvet.
