Can you taste the bitterness of the stevia in these? Thank you!

I personally can't taste any bitterness. These are just fantastic bars to me from a taste perspective. I got a sample from my doctor's office and then ordered more from Amazon.

How do you calculate 2g net carbs?

We subtract, from 24g carbs, the 6g dietary fiber and then subtract 4g erythritol, 5g glycerine, and 7g allulose, since all are low glycemic carbs. This is on the bar packaging.

Are these chocolate covered?

Yes they are and should be stored in cool place or refrigerate
