Easy to use. Light is bright but easy on the eyes. Slim profile. Doesn’t take up room on desk. Better than my previous light.

With all the possible adjustments on this device, there are a lot of combinations available - three light “colors”, several brightness options, and a timer that can be at 5 minute intervals from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. This makes this lamp very flexible. I started with one of the lower brightness settings and moved up one level recently. The instructions that came with it are very clear and useful. I learned that with my previous therapy lamp I had probably had it too far from my face, and at too much of an angle to get the best results. Used as directed, this one seems to be doing a good job to keep SAD at bay.

Incredibly bright and seems to help. Well made. I like that the LEDs make it thinner than the bulb models. Has a very long power cord and the timer is easy enough to use once you figure it out. I like that there are several color temperatures you can select and I prefer the warmest light setting, I just wish there was an even warmer setting so I removed one star for that.

Bright, even light that genuinely boosts mood and energy during darker months. Easy controls and a sleek design. A great addition to my morning routine.

This is an elegant, well-designed light which is easy to use. Different light levels and time on the timer are easy to set up. It's small and light enough to take with you in a backpack or suitcase. Well made too. I see you can buy bigger lights with more 'features' for more money, but I don't see why anyone needs more than this light offers.

Works great. Many features, like that there is no harmful UV light and that it is easy to use.

Got this to help reset sleep schedule/circadian rhythm. Went from waking up at like 9-10am, to 5am. Within 3 days I could already feel a significant difference in how alert/awake I am in the morning. Has a reasonable cord length to plug into and is very simple to use. Very bright as well but has multiple settings to make it less intense. If you're looking for help with your sleep schedule, this won't replace a lack of sleep or doing the other things right, but it will help a lot.
