It's been too long since I've been to the gym, and I wanted to start slow at home first before going in to the big leagues. This is perfect for me because I watch a little workout videos on youtube, and then I use this for my resistance training. Soon I hope to graduate to weights, for now this is helping me get to that point.

It's light weight so I was a little skeptical about it..... but it surprised me with how much of a workout I can get from it. The cords feel pretty sturdy so don't think it will snap during workout, well hopefully it stays that way. But overall it was a good purchase for a good price!

Very happy with the product. Allows you to do a number of exercises right from home and is easily portable. Affordable also. I recommend it.

I really liked this product because when I don’t have time to go to the gym I workout at home and this helps me to do that.

Still on the fence about this, was purchased for days I cannot go to the gym. Only used a few times but seems okay.

I purchased this product for quick, easy workouts on the days I can't or don't get to the gym. It is a great piece of equipment for hitting the abs and upper body areas. I haven't experimented enough yet to know all of the features and ways it can be used, but so far it is a great tool! I especially like that the tension can be adjusted for your height and level of fitness. It is compact and comes with its own storage bag, great for traveling.

It works your back, glutes, abs, arms and hips out all at the same time. The burn in the stomach is REAL! Holy crap this is an amazing work out device, BUT it's made of really cheap feeling/looking plastic, and I have no idea how long it will actually last. I hope it's not as chintzy as it looks/feels... Time will tell, but for now, I'm very happy.
