I've purchased this power bank twice now, once for myself and once for my mom. So far, both of them have been working great. As for the review, let's break this into a couple of parts:Charge Speed:The battery bank charges my devices about as fast as their respective wall chargers would. Its fast charging capabilities are very much on par with my OEM Samsung fast charger, but does not function when there are multiple devices/cables plugged into it. While this power bank does support Power Delivery over USB C, it will only charge lower wattage devices such as smart phones, iPads, and Nintendo Switches. Devices that require more than 18 watts PD to charge such as laptops will not charge when connected. This is to be expected though, since it only advertises 18 watts.Feature Set:The ability to charge the unit via micro USB, USB C, or Lightning cables makes it extremely convenient for travel since you can use whatever cable your phone uses to charge the power bank as well. The USB C port can be used both to charge the power bank as well as to output power to other devices. Pass-through charging is also supported, but will disable fast charging. As stated in other reviews, the charge indicator is also great, as it precisely displays the remaining charge as a percent rather than a couple of ambiguous LEDs.Durability:The unit feels very very solid with a decent bit of heft. I can't say about the one I bought for my mom, but I've dropped mine on hardwood flooring from countertop height a couple times now, and it still functions perfectly. I will probably update this part later on as I use the power bank more.Like the title says, this power bank is probably the best one I've bought so far in terms of price, capacity, and features. It is very much competitive, if not better than Anker's comparable models and blows anything you can find at a gas station or Best Buy out of the water.

I've been a fan of RAVPower for a while (their camera batteries are extremely reliable), and so far, this has been an amazing portable charger. It arrived quickly with 65% charge. When I first went to charge it, it stayed at 65% for about an hour before it actually began to charge. I'm not sure if it didn't register that I had plugged it in, or if there was a malfunction, but it eventually charged, and I haven't had a problem with recharging since. I cannot yet speak to its ability to hold charge overtime: I've heard fast charging can depreciate faster than normal chargers, so this is maybe something to keep in mind.I have an older iPhone, and I have gotten over three full charges with it. It is very fast when charging other things, but the power bank itself does take a while to charge with the included charging cable. I would recommend picking up a USB C charger for the power bank. The portable charger is definitely a little bulky (both in size and weight), but it's to be expected with its large capacity. It's not exactly pocketable, but it would definitely fit in a small bag. The build is extremely high quality, and I especially like the LCD that displays the battery percentage. It's a good price, and sometimes there is a coupon on the product page that gets you even more money off. Consider that there may be an extra cost if you decide to pick up that USB C charger. Overall, I recommend this product because it was good for my needs, but I feel like I can't recommend it to everyone. If you are looking for a light, pocketable power bank or a power bank that comes with optimized cables, maybe consider another product.

I really love this power pack. It is super Rav! I like that it can be charged while charging a device. I like that it has fast charging as well as normal charging with trickle, to keep your device(s) charge to full. As a person who has battery range anxiety, I never have to worry when I have this RavPower battery pack. Worth the extra money. I bought a much more expensive device and had to return it, because it didn't fast charge my devices, this bad boy sure does.

I rarely write reviews but this charger actually deserves a thumbs up.The built in battery percentage display seems to be very accurate and is 5 steps up from a 4 light display to indicate the amount of battery left. For a 20,000mah charger the size is agreeable. I use my phone for work and paired with a 6ft cable I have the freedom to move around and work wherever I want.At the time of this review I have been using this charger for about a month and have no complaints.Searching for a quality charger is a task but if the quality holds up I will definitely order a second.

I love this thing! It charges anything I hook up to it (Phones, PS4 controller, gps) quickly, and it takes many uses to drain. The only problem I've had with it is in the digital display, where the numbers appear faded/partially. It had that defect when I bought it.To their credit, Rav Power did offer to replace it when I contacted them, but I wasn't able to take them up on it due to a cross-country move.

Really nice portable battery, with great capacity 20,000 mAh, really love the fact that can charge the battery with Type-C instead of just Micro-USB, so I don't have to take an extra cable with me. It gives an "exact" percentage value of the battery left so is great to have control of when I have to charge it again.The only "con" is that is heavier and a little bit bigger than expected, almost the size of my phone, but other than that, for long travels the functionalities are amazing!

This pack is so powerful, it charges up my oculus rift 2 while I'm playing, just stick it in my back pocket with a 1m cable, oculus was on 48%, started playing star wars for about an hour and when I stopped the oculus was on 80% and Ravpower pack had only lost 20% charge, so far I've fully charged the oculus twice and my iPad once and the pack is still on 50 %downside is it quite large compared to other less powerful ones, but that's to be expected, 160x80x25mm, however it still sits in the back pocket of my jeans quite happilyfor me its just what i wanted, I don't want a powerpack that needs constantly charging, I want something I can just pick up when I need it and its good to gobuy a good quality cable as well this makes a difference, I bought a fasgear one which works well

Bought this when I couldn’t find my old 10,000mAh battery. Wow. It charges itself fast - the handy charge status indicator seems to show it gains 1% about every 1.5-2 minutes. When connected to my Samsung Galaxy S20 the phone actually shows “super fast charging” which I only get with the original charger - from the mains! Also I’ve been running a set of USB LED meteor Christmas lights off it, about 8 hours a day, and it only drops about 10% a day. The only downside is that it’s much heavier than the previous smaller battery but for the amount of power, speed of charging, and having the more modern USB-C connector as well, I love it.

Good quality.got all the right charge ports.First charge takes a while,further charges maybe will too.have not used yet for charging a device but I dont forsee any issues.

This Power Bank had a very good first impression. It was packed and sealed very well. It can be charged by either mini USB or USB-C, so it is very convenient when I only have one USB-C cable. The power bank itself looks sturdy and well made using high-quality materials. I have been using it for a few months and this power bank has been reliable. It charges my iPhone very quickly. The battery percentage is very useful and accurate. And there is no scratches so far.

Excellent service delivered on time as promised. Ravpower charges extremely fast, and charges phone fast as well. Sturdy build, no overheating. Would recommend to anyone.
