Works intermittently
Worked for a couple of days. Then would only connect to the internet sometimes. When it did connect it showed more bars than my router but a speed check showed it was slower than connecting straight to my router. Directions are terrible. I don't need this hassle. Returning.

2 out of 2 were bad
Order one, it lasted a couple of days. Ordered another of the same as a replacement. The second one had someones password and couldn't get it to work. Going with another brand

Drops signals
Was decently easy to setup, however it was hard to keep connected to the network. Kept dropping signal and strength. Definitely going to have to buy a different extender. Even tried to connect it to different locations to improve connection. Past the return option date, so now I am stuck with this product. Waste of money.

Product doesn't meet my expectations
Took weeks with someone's help to get this to work as the instructions were not very clear and didn't match what showed up on the computer screen. Then when we got "installed", it didn't work. Very disappointed.

did not last the year
update-got it about 8 months ago and it worked fine but it kept forgetting it's settings and had to be repaired with my router several times, the last time it would not even reset to the router.

Huge waste of money
I don't ever write reviews, but felt compelled to in this rare instance because of how truly awful this product is. Terrible setup instructions, horrible tech support, and it worked only on and off for a few weeks before finally just giving out entirely. One day I was back on my old wifi signal with barely any connection (the reason I got this product in the first place) and I went to reconnect to the repeater network. It's gone. I tried a factory reset. Nothing. It's now a $48 paperweight. I feel cheated.

Stopped working
After about 6 weeks the product stopped working. Very dissapointed that I will have to buy another one. I would say buy a different brand from a more reputable maker.

Reset too many times
It seems like I have to reset this unit every couple of days. It may show that there is internet connectivity but really and truly it is not connected to the internet. Terrible unit.
