Maximum speed? Range in miles?

man this is a difficult question to answer, Range: I can get a range of 10+ miles (if I am having a good time) on the other hand my 5 year old daughter can only get a 2 mile range (this could either be from being tired or loss of interest ....), Speed: I have an electric skateboard that does 20MPH so I have an app on my phone that I used to test the speed of this scooter: down steep hill I have hit 20+mph , on a flat surface I have hit 10mph with constant pushing DISCLAIMER:: THIS IS A PUSH SCOOTER NOT ELECTRIC so speed and range depend on user. :)

The back part (where you stand) of my grandson's scooter swings all the way around and always hits his legs. Would this one do that?
