Not often do you get a quality costume without paying an arm and a leg for it, but this is the exception. It’s a children’s costume, so obviously it’s not super thick, but it’s thick enough to be appropriate and not see-through. The whole dress seems to be sewn together well and will definitely make it through a day of school school and Halloween, as well as some playtime also. My daughter feels (and looks) beautiful in this and is so excited to wear it. The added accessories are just a bonus - I would have paid the total price for just the dress.

I was worried the skirt would be too narrow to walk for a toddler but it works well. Cute and accurate to character.

The dress and gloves fit and look super cute on my daughter, crown is fine, but the wand was broken even before I opened the package. It's a good thing I bought a separate princess tiara and wand set with blue and pink tiaras and wands (I have 3 daughters, though one is still an infant so this was for my older two), but I'd have liked to have had the purple one to match the dress itself...

Everything was perfect when it arrived and very pretty. The little girl I bought it for loved it. Yes, it does break pretty easily.

I should have looked at the reviews more in depth. The bottom fins were the first to fall off after my daughter wore the costume for about 1-2 hours when we first got it. The tulle is a very loose weave and when everything was sewn together it was done so only using a 1/4" seam with a loose serging stitch so the tulle pulled right through with my daughter playing in it. So I fixed it for our trunk or treat by stitching it at 3/8" with a more secure stitch and that held up great! But my daughter LOVES this costume and wore it into the evening and rolled around in it which caused the tulle at the waist to pull out. This was much trickier to fix since it required pulling off the sequence and filing everything in just so to resew it at 1/2" this time to make sure it was secure.Bottom line, if your child is able to be perfectly still and walk and not trip and never climb up on a couch, then this costume is for you. But any normal little kid like my 3 year old daughter will have the tulle pulled out on the first use! Luckily I'm good at sewing so I was able to fix it rather than sending back a costume that my daughter adores! But for the price that I paid for it, it should have been made better especially since 1/4" seams are not standard for a major seam on any clothing item.

It’s a pretty dress, and seems comfy enough. But my daughter has worn it twice (washed gently and hung dry) and it’s already falling apart in 3 places…. Sadly not worth the money.
