The kit.
I built this kit a while ago, when I was younger, now when I build it, I will be using aftermarket parts. It's a old kit, but has a lot of potential, if you have patience. It was worth the money, shipper got it to me in great condition. Would recommend this seller to others. Thank you.

Decent model
Had to use putty as the fit wasn't great but that added to the fun of the build. Small parts where if this was a little bigger it would have been a lot more fun. Overall was happy and would recommend

Great model!
The 2 airfix models I got (Hood and Bismark) were in excellent condition! The sprues were relatively cleanly cut compared to other competitor models. It had good details on the hull. Overall it was a great build for the price.

Poor quality and flimsy is plastic with poor fit
As other reviewers have already mentioned the parts are extremely small with a lot of plastic spillover from the molding process that needs to be trimmed very closely. The kit would be nice if the instructions were much clearer and more extensive. Too much time is spent trying to decipher the painting scheme and the parts needed because some of the part numbering on the plastic is very poor or missing.

Satisfying but not super high-quality
I had made this model when I was a teenager 40 years ago and it was nice to make it again but compared to some of the other Airfix kits I have made the quality of the molding was not quite as good and required more work to make it look really professional. That said it turned out OK and I still think it was worth buying

Muy buen producto
Modelo viejo pero muy bueno. No tiene gran nivel de detalle, pero es bueno y divertido de armar. Hay algunas imprecisiones y fallas de ensamblaje

Airfix Disappointed this time
Chose Airfix over Revell because of price and scale. I thought a larger scale would be easier to build. WRONG! Many pieces already detached from the sprue; some missing (like a main gun turret) and others broken (extremely small guns, missing barrels). Hull halves don't line up and don't fit well; same with the main deck halves. Since the hull halves do not line up, the main deck doesn't fit into the hull properly. Returned for refund. Airfix is OK for planes and vehicles. No more ships for me!
