Not as long as in pictures, Covers from my shoulders to my upper thighs. But once keeps the torso cool its doing the job.It feels great getting into the cool bed and i do love it but by time morning comes the mat is really hot and nearly heats you up instead of keeping you cool so when we had really hot weather in the morning id have to take it away as it was too hot.I would recommend it to everyone but took the stars away for size and heat retention.

Used in the really hot weather to keep cool during the night. Is great initially, but body heat turns it into a hot gel pad overnight. However, it does get you off to sleep.

Big enough to cover half a double bed.Cool without being too cold.Makes sleeping in the heat so much easier.It does warm up eventually, so may not want it under a fitted sheet

We put this in the fridge to get cold for the heatwave. The issue is that it gets warm too quickly as you lay on it unfortunately.

Now I have to say I didn't purchase for my dog I got this for myself as I live in a hot climate it's brilliant I put it inside my pillow case to keep me cool at night and help me sleep it works wonders,came quickly great seller fab product and yes would cool your dog down
