Both not working
I am no longer to bend over so I wanted a reacher in each room but both of these did not work properly when I first received them would not pick up and would lock up when open they finely just fell apart, now I have to spend more money but not from this company sorry to write a bad review but to many people rely to have help to make life easier

they are doing the job, but sometimes they do ...
they are doing the job, but sometimes they do not close(Grab) properly. I have to mess with the clamp. Worth it for the price..Gave me one upstaits and downstairs which I needed.

Poorly made, not sturdy. But, I guess for the price that it cost, that is why it was so cheap. One of them did not last but a day.

Unreliable
I received the grabber and was excited to use it. It did not last. After a couple of uses the mouth of the grabber stopped grabbing items.
