where are these made?

I really don’t know. Haven’t ordered in a while because a lot of them are broken in shipment

Why is does this product comes damaged every time I purchase it? The product is fine for my birds, but the packaging is the problem, always crumbled.

When you place the order-Buy them in a separate order with only the seed sticks & request by CALLING Amazom Customer Service that the sticks need to be bubblewrapped or packed so they do NOT BOUNCE AROUND IN THE PACKAGE-because they are FRAGILE.

I ordered 5 packs of these on friday and got them today (Tuesday). Four of them came with the sticks almost bare. Really?

Item is received damage

This product is great for the purchase price from the vendor however I have consistently received this item damaged with seeds dislodged from the treat stick which then negates the use of the item. Please see the photo attached. The item is shipped in a flexible padded envelope however during shipping the seeds are dislodged from the stick. I had subscribed to recurring orders each month and now I am canceling this item due to the product damage each time. Shipping packaging needs to be improved.

My bird loves the food, however, this brand often comes half broken. today one entire stick was loose in the package! The point of treat sticks is to have something to work on, a necessary mental health exercise for animals (they call it enrichment at zoos). I don't think they are packaged well at factory and then Amazon puts them in lightweight pillow pouches that mailmen stuff into little mailboxes! disappointing at all levels.

My Bird Loves These

I get these for my little budgie, and he absolutely loves these. There are flavors that he likes more than others, but they are always eaten, and he never wastes even a tiny bit. After he's done eating it, he likes to play with the stick and make it slide up and down on the cage. Win win. The price on these is amazing. I have them on autoship. I recommend these to all bird owners.
