How does this floss compare to water flosser?

I purchased Hangsun water flosser with this dental floss together. Been using these items deep clean floss for a very long time. All good product keeping my teeth clean .

Are these a lot of plastic waste? First time flosser looking for an environmentally-friendly option

They are not environmentally friendly they are white plastic.

I use it until it breaks but keep washing it!

Are these made with flat tape or more like thread ? I cannot use thread as my teeth are too close to each other..

No these are not flat tape, they are more like nylon thread. Some of the gaps between my teeth are quite small but these worked for me.
