No, these are glossy sheets for high quality photo, pictures. These can-not be used to print on T-shirts. Thanks.

Can i print on coffee mugs??

You can paste it on any clean and smooth surface but it is not thermal transfer paper so not recommended for the purpose

What type of ink is best for this vinyl?

As the pack mention : InkJet, it's a paper specifically made for InkJet printers. I'm using an Epson printer and it works awesome.
